FINANCIAL GUIDANCE
Financial advisors are stationed at the In-Patient Department (IPD) Reception on the ground floor. They provide estimates for the duration of hospital stays, surgeries, and more.
ADMISSION PAYMENT
- Upon admission, an initial payment will be required at the In-patient billing counter located on the ground floor.
- The payment amount will depend on the room type and the medical or surgical procedure. ** For surgeries/procedures, full payment of the estimated bill is required for Operating Theatre (OT) clearance.
- You will receive a phone call when your credit is depleted.
- Regular billing updates will be provided upon request.

MEDICATIONS During your stay at the hospital, outside medications or samples from physicians are not permitted. Self-medication is strictly forbidden. Opened or used medication strips or bottles will not be accepted back at the pharmacy. CONSENT You will be asked to sign a consent form prior to any surgery or procedure. Consent is a two-way communication process between you and your doctor. Please ensure you understand the purpose, alternatives, benefits, and risks of your treatment, as well as the risks if treatment is not undertaken, before giving your consent.
